Clairvoyance is the power to see precisely what a person needs to know, usually via the use of ghostly artifacts.
History[]
Prince Aragon and Princess Dorathea can see visions of people by thinking about them through their crystal balls. They can also see glimpses of what that person is doing.[1]
Being the Master of Time, Clockwork is a powerful user of this ability. With his Chronokinesis, Clockwork can locate any person upon whom he concentrates. He is able to manipulate the screens in his lair and decide what they show, with thought. The Observants state that they can see into the past, present, and future, but unlike Clockwork, they can only see one singular timeline.
