Grey DeLisle

Erin Grey Van Oosbree (born August 24, 1973), known professionally as Grey DeLisle (pronounced De-lyle), is an American actress, comedian, and singer-songwriter. She has done voice acting for numerous animated films, television shows, and video games. Her long-running voice roles include Vicky from The Fairly OddParents, Mandy from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Daphne Blake from the Scooby-Doo franchise, Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, and later Ming-Hua, a spirit mushroom, young Lin Beifong, Kuon's wife, a dark spirit spider, and Lily in the sequel series; The Legend of Korra.

She voices Sam Manson, Elastica, Fran, Femalien, Terminatra, Star, Valerie Gray ("My Brother's Keeper", "Life Lessons", "Parental Bonding"), Princess Dorathea ("Parental Bonding"), Alicia (Maddie's sister), and the Fenton Finder.
