The Infi-map is a near-complete map of the Ghost Zone, including all of the natural and man-made/artificial portals that connect it to Earth taking it user to the human realm or Ghost Zone, but some portals also lead to different places in time. An object of legend, the Infi-map is said to be able to lead a person to their destiny.

Anyone can get into and out of the Ghost Zone with it. It also serve as an address book/map "for a bazillion ghosts". The map also changes as the Ghost Zone changes.

History[]

In "Infinite Realms," after Danny, Sam, and Tucker crash the Specter Speeder in the Far Frozen, they end up stranded in the Ghost Zone with no way home. Frostbite offers to aid them by lending them the Infi-map.

However, Danny accidentally activates the map which brings him, Sam, and Tucker back to Fenton Works. Vlad, via a hidden surveillance camera, sees them with the Infi-map. Danny, Sam, and Tucker use the map to take a tour of the Ghost Zone, but lose the map to Vlad.

Vlad then commands the Infi-map to take him to his destiny, sending them on a chase throughout history. Eventually, the map leads Vlad back to the Realm of the Far Frozen where the map is returned to the care of Frostbite and his race.

At the beginning of "Phantom Planet," Danny fights Vlad in space to take back the Infi-map, which Vlad stole from Frostbite before the beginning of the episode. Near the end of the episode, Danny uses the Infi-map when exploring the Ghost Zone looking for aid to help him save the planet from the "Disasteroid".

Appearance[]

The Infi-map itself resembles and appears as a scroll. When open and/or touched, it can project a series of holographic purple doors when showing different possible locations to go to.

Abilities[]

The map has the unique ability to transport its user(s) to any specific portal or location on the map. The map activates itself when the user(s) say or things where it is they want to go to, but sometimes the map takes the user(s) not where they want to go, but rather where they need to go. The Infi-map also has an amazing ability of "opening" a portal when the user wants to go to a certain location or time, whether when or where in the Ghost Zone or Earth (an ability similar to Clockwork's teleportation, though the Infi-map seems to be more limited in doing so). The Infi-map will immediately "fly" to the portal while the user(s) hang on to one end of the map. It's important to never stray from the maps' path, or you'll be lost forever.

  • Telepathy: It first displayed by the Infi-map, however, it needs to make tactical contact to be able to do so. Clothing does not act as a barrier to this version of the ability, meaning the Infi-map does not need skin-to-skin contact to make an telepathic connection, only the proximity of touch. The map can transport users to any sections/locations in the Ghost Zone.
  • Portal Locating/Location: The Map can locate any natural or man-made/artificial portal in the Ghost Zone, taking it user to the human realm, but some portals also lead to different places in time.
