Swarm is a female ghost who has the ability to control insects and arachnids. This character was inspired by Marvel's Ant Man, specifically Ant Man's ability to control ants. But unlike Ant Man, Swarm is the group of insects themselves. In essence she doesn't control bugs, she is bugs. Similar to bees in a hive or ants in a colony. Her form is a constantly shifting shape of insects and arachnids and she is immune to directly damaging attacks like ecto-blasts because any holes blasted in her form are immediately filled in with bugs, similar to Undergrowth's regeneration abilities seen in Urban Jungle. - Regeneration: She can repair injuries using insects and arachnids to fill in any gaps.
