Tucker Foley Alibi-o-matic is an mp3 device programmed by Tucker.

History[]

In "The Fenton Menace" Tucker introduces his newest creation in the style of a TV infomercial. The Alibi-o-matic is designed to help Danny escape situations with his family to fight ghosts. It is programmed with audio/playlists of different situations, including asleep, head cold and gassy.

During the Fentons' camping trip Danny uses Tucker's invention to sneak away from Jazz, first in the GAV bathroom and later in their tent. Danny later puts it in Bearbert Einstein, while it was being sewn back up, to prank Jazz.

Appearance[]

Physically, it resembles an iPod Mini (or 1st generation Nano). Tucker modified the mp3 with a built-in speaker, allowing it to play audio directly from the device itself, rather than requiring an external speaker plugged into the audio jack.

The device is programmed with audio clips to support Danny's claim of why he needs to be alone. There are individual tracks as well as "playlists" that run through multiple audio tracks in the same theme. Known audio includes:

  • Snoring
  • Head cold: sneezing, sniffling, nose blowing
  • Gassy
  • Vomiting
