Is Dani actually Danny's Daughter?

As we now, Dani with "I" was created by Vlad Plasmius as a clone, so she shares Danny's DNA. And we all know that a father is someone that shares his DNA with his kid, so could it be? That Dani is Danny's son? I don't really know about it.
